Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Provide test engineering and support engineering
- Conduct measurement, scoping and testing of the battery systems and battery management/monitoring
- Perform simulation and analyses of our PHEV system
- Perform updates and debug systems/vehicles
- Communicate with internal and external resources regarding supply chain, manufacturing, problems, design changes, documentation, etc.
- Install and performance-test prototype component systems
- Provide support with hardware, software and information
- Participate in cost-reduction and design improvement processes
- Maintain specification documents for modules
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in testing and measurement of electrical circuitry
- Understanding of circuit and system-level design processes (in automotive or other product-oriented industry a plus).
- Solid general knowledge of other engineering disciplines, esp. mechanical and firmware
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- History of hands-on work, not just paper design and analysis
- Exposure to various types of testing such as EMC, Vibration, Thermal, etc.

Power Electronics Design Engineering Manager (Ref:PDE0703/01) / Power Electronics Design Engineer (Ref:PDE0703/02)
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects on developing new power electronics systems
- Perform system evaluation and characterization
- Support customers on new product design-in activities
- Handle trouble-shooting for prototyping
- Prepare new IC specification and documentation
- Develop high power systems for broad market applications
- Create design instruction for engineering team
- Perform architecture definition, simulation of system architecture, supervision for block layouts, debug at the component and system level, support for test development, and product release etc.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Engineering (from a university known for strong electric vehicle research programs a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in motor controllers, power electronics, inverter & DC-DC Converter design (IGBTs), and/or lithium ion battery management. Experience with automotive engineering, auto design, hybrids, PHEV or EVs is a HUGE plus.
- Proven track record in product development
- Specialized experience with high-voltage (200-400V) power electronics and battery technologies
- Familiarity with the latest commercial simulation tools.
- Good understanding of product development and design flow management
- Proactive and a good team player
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as Principal/Senior Design Engineer
- Effective communication skills to both technical and business issues.
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task effectively, and work well with others.
- Experience managing teams and complex engineering projects, but are still eager to "keep your hands dirty."

- Prepare pre-production and early production product documentation/materials including datasheet, application note and prototype system
- Liaise with various departments and technical support to customers, vendors and working groups
- Collect characterization data from the product for technical documentation
- Perform ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 4 years of experience in product prototyping, production engineering, and volume manufacturing
- Strong understanding of supplier base issues and business economics.
- Good understanding of product development process
- Good at both word and data processing experiences

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for software development, maintenance and upkeep of high power-control system
- Participate in R&D activities
- Project coordination and follow-up
- Define product/system specification, evaluation & testing procedures
Requirements:
- University degree or above in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
- Min. 7 years software development, ideally in power electronics
- Good MCU application experience and programming (MICROCHIP MCU preferred, both Assembly, C, C++, Java languages)
- Knowledge of embedded system development
- Knowledge of programming in LabVIEW

- Responsible for assembly, testing, and maintenance of PCBs
- Create wiring, cables, harnesses for system
